Capitolo Riviera is a boutique luxury hotel nestled amidst the picturesque backdrop of the Ligurian Sea and the lush beauty of Nervi's parks, offering a unique environment where design and natural beauty blend seamlessly with the charm of the Italian Riviera. The hotel, aptly named "Capitolo" meaning "chapter" in Italian, aims to mark a new era in Nervi's hospitality narrative, and is an ideal base for discovering renowned landmarks such as Portofino and Cinque Terre.

Designed by Studio "Parisotto + Formenton Architetti," the hotel seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings, maintaining the harmony between nature and architecture. The redevelopment and extension project preserved the historical landmark while incorporating contemporary elements to create a concept of "quiet luxury." Original materials such as exposed reinforced concrete and Verezzi stone were utilized, blending the expansion with the original structure.

Oasyhotel, situated within the Oasi Dynamo Nature Reserve, an WWF affiliated oasis, is a pioneering hospitality venture dedicated to preserving biodiversity through agriculture, breeding, and scientific research. Situated amidst the scenic Tuscan landscape in San Marcello Piteglio, Italy, the reserve ascends to 1,100 meters into predominantly wooded area teeming with pristine flora and fauna, and providing sanctuary to rare plant species and a diverse array of animals, including wolves and deer.

Forestis is a modern wellness hotel in the South Tyrolean Alps in northeastern Italy. Standing 1,800 m above sea-level, the hotel is located on the southern slope of the Plose mountain, surrounded by dense forests, and providing the best views of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The hotel’s unique location was originally a sanatorium for Austrian monarchy, with natural factors such as pure spring water, a lot of sunlight, and crisp mountain air all contributing to an authentic wellness experience. The Forestis Spa combines the energy of these elements with the essence of mountain pine, spruce, larch and stone pine. Relax in the stone pool filled with the Plose mountain water. Lake Como

Il Sereno is a modern boutique hotel, located on the banks of Lake Como, in Italy. Surrounded by picturesque mountains and dark teal water, the intimate hotel brings fresh contemporary luxury to the area. The design is inspired by Lake Como's history and culture, with the vertical gardens and sculptures, inspired by the colours and the movement of the lake. There are 30 lake front suites to choose from, complete with private terraces, lake views and floor to ceiling windows with plenty of natural light. Guests have a private beach, a fresh water infinity pool stretching over the lake, a full-service spa, and 3 classic wooden boats designed by Ernesto Riva available for the use.
