Why stay

Aire de Bardenas is a modern hotel on the edge of Bardenas National Park – the largest desert in Europe, located in the northern province of Navarre, Spain. Surrounded by a wheat field, the hotel presents a unique setting, combined with a futuristic design and award-winning architecture.

Stay in one the “cubes” or “bubbles”, with views to the desert; some with private gardens and large outdoor bathtubs. See spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the completely unobstructed horizon.

Why wander

Explore Bardenas Reales Natural Park on a mountain bike or simply by foot. Visit the River Ebro and the Navarra Riviera as well as many wineries and monasteries in the area. Make sure to see a twelfth-century Cathedral in nearby Tudela. End of July marks the Festivals and Fairs of St. James and St. Ann. Be ready for running of the bulls and the second “fiestas” of Navarre after San Fermin in Pamplona.

Indulge in

The hotel restaurant offers fresh vegetables from Tudela and its own garden. Try courgette strips fried with garlic, followed by caramelized brioche with ice cream - the signature dessert in Aire de Bardenas. After the meal it is recommended to drink Patxaran, a traditional digestive drink.

Getting There

Aire de Bardenas is approximately a 1 hour drive from both Pamplona Airport and Zaragoza Airport. Rent a car to see the surroundings. Travel by foot and bike around the hotel.
