Hidden inside the 30,000 acre Chamela-Cuixmala Biosphere Reserve, and surrounded by coconut plantations, lagoons, and bamboo groves, the natural hotel was created by Sir James Goldsmith, knighted for his services to ecology.
The property consists of the main house of Casa Cuixmala, overlooking the ocean; three villas, complete with a personal host and cook; six bungalows, and ten casitas, all built with respect to the environment.
