Isleta El Espino is a boutique ecolodge, situated on a private island in the Granada Isletas of Lake Nicaragua. The hideaway is owned by a brother and sister team and has a total of five rooms, including a treehouse. Everything on the property has been built by local designers and artisans.

Take the Isleta Nature Tour and learn about Nicaragua's flora and fauna. Go fishing for your dinner with a local fisherman. Enjoy stand-up paddleboarding around the islands. Climb the Mombacho Volcano or take a horseback ride through cocoa and banana farms, following a dip in a natural spring.

GETTING THERE
Arrange a pickup from the Managua International Airport to Marina Cocibolca, Granada. From the marina, it is a beautiful 15 minute boat ride to lodge.
